  1. जिन विद्यार्थियों का परीक्षा परिणाम 'E.I.O.P.' घोषित किया गया है ऐसे विद्यार्थी कम्पार्टमेंट श्रेणी में फॉर्म भरें।
  2. जो विद्यार्थी एक से चार विषय तक में सुधार करना चाहते हैं, वे अंक सुधार श्रेणी (Partial Improvement) में फॉर्म भरें।
